Hot Trailer: 'Disney's Planes'

Here's the official trailer for Disney's Planes, the studio's sort-of Cars spinoff that last month replaced John Cryer with Dane Cook as the voice of the main character, Dusty ' a single-engine crop-duster with sky-high ambitions with just one problem: he's afraid of heights. Disney slotted the former direct-to-video title to open August 9th in 3D:

Hot Trailer: 'Roman Polanski: Odd Man Out'

Marina Zenovich found more fodder for her docu lens when the subject of her 2008 film Roman Polanski: Wanted and Desired landed in hot water with Swiss authorities in September 2009. Her feature-length follow-up Roman Polanski: Odd Man Out covers the ensuing media circus surrounding Roman Polanski's 10-month house arrest. The pic premiered at the 2012 Toronto Film Festival and will be available On Demand on March 26. Here's the trailer:

Hot Trailer: 'To The Wonder'

Magnolia Pictures has released another trailer for Terrence Malick's film that the company picked up last fall at the Toronto Film Festival. To The Wonder stars Ben Affleck, Olga Kurylenko, Rachel McAdams and Javier Bardem. Magnolia plans a multi-platform release with an initial theatrical rollout starting April 12th in New York and Los Angeles plus engagements in several other markets, according to the distributor's website.

Hot Trailer: 'The Look Of Love'

Michael Winterbottom's The Look Of Love premiered in Sundance where it was acquired by IFC for North America. The film stars Steve Coogan as Paul Raymond, aka 'The King of Soho.' Raymond built businesses that included the notorious Raymond Revue Bar and Men Only magazine through the 60s and 70s, to ultimately become Britain's richest man, but lose those closest to him in the process. The movie also stars Anna Friel, Tamsin Egerton, Imogen Poots, Stephen Fry and David Walliams. Winterbottom previously directed Coogan in 24 Hour Party People and The Trip. Hot SXSW Trailer: 'The Short Game'

EXCLUSIVE: 1500 youngsters from all over the globe compete each year in the World Championships of Junior Golf. Eight of the pint-sized competitors (including Allan Kournikova, Anna Kournikova's 7-year-old brother) are the subjects of The Short Game, a SXSW 2013 documentary world premiere. Emmy-winning director Josh Greenbaum previously helmed short projects for Paramount, Sony, Fox, Comedy Central, Funny Or Die, and The Clinton Foundation and enlisted veteran help for his feature-length debut, including award winning producer John Battsek (The Imposter, Searching For Sugar Man) and Oscar-winner David Frankel (The Devil Wears Prada, Hope Springs), who executive produced. Composer Mark Mothersbaugh (Rushmore, The Life Aquatic) scored the docu which screens Sunday, March 10 in Austin. Submarine is repping sales. Watch the trailer here:

Hot Trailer: 'Frances Ha'

Greta Gerwig is front and center (in black and white) in the first trailer for Noah Baumbach's Frances Ha, which Baumbach and Gerwig co-scripted together. The actress and director reunite after collaborating on 2010's Greenberg for the seriocomic character study of a 27-year-old dancer adrift in New York City. Mickey Sumner and Adam Driver co-star. IFC Films snapped up North and Latin American rights in September after it screened at Telluride and Toronto. The pic gets a stateside bow on May 17. Here's the trailer:

Universal has dropped the second domestic trailer for Oblivion ' the Tom Cruise sci-fi pic directed by Tron: Legacy's Joseph Kosinski. Cruise plays a drone repairman on an abandoned Earth who after rescuing a beautiful stranger from a downed spacecraft stumbles upon survivors of a devastating alien war. Morgan Freeman, Olga Kurylenko, Melissa Leo, Zoe Bell and Andrea Riseborough co-star. Universal releases it April 12 in IMAX and April 19 wide.

Hot Trailers: 'Renoir' And The New York Rendez-Vous With French Cinema

The Gilles Bourdos-directed Renoir debuted in Un Certain Regard at Cannes last year where Samuel Goldwyn Films acquired it for the States. It's been dated for a March 29 release, but before that Renoir will screen at the Rendez-Vous with French Cinema which kicks off tonight in New York. Celebrating its 18th year, the Rendez-Vous, presented by Unifrance and the Film Society of Lincoln Center, will screen 21 movies including A Lady In Paris with Jeanne Moreau, François Ozon's In The House and tonight's opener, Populaire which The Weinstein Co. has in the U.S. Renoir is set on the Côte d'Azur in 1915 and centers on Pierre-Auguste Renoir, Jean Renoir and the woman who becomes the painter's model and the filmmaker's lover. Hot Trailer: 'Love Is All You Need'

Danish director Susanne Bier's Love Is All You Need, the follow-up to her 2011 Oscar winner In A Better World, releases in the UK on April 19 via Arrow Films. Sony Pictures Classics has U.S. rights with a May 3 release date. Trine Dyrholm and Pierce Brosnan star in the romantic comedy set at a wedding in Sorrento, Italy. Brosnan plays a middle-aged widower living in Denmark whose son is marrying the daughter of Dyrholm's Danish hairdresser, a cancer survivor who has just learned her husband is leaving her for a younger woman. The film debuted in Venice last year. Bier's next film, Serena, reteams Silver Linings Playbook stars Bradley Cooper and Jennifer Lawrence and just got the sizzle reel treatment in Berlin.
